Cancellation Policy

At Roman Trips Srls, we understand that plans can change and unforeseen circumstances may arise. That’s why we offer a flexible cancellation policy to our customers.

Cancellation Policy

• Customers can cancel their tickets up to 48 hours before the scheduled visit date.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled visit date will not be eligible for a refund.
• For late arrival or no-show, you won’t get a refund. But based on the tour availability we may offer you another tour date and you must pay the full price for the tour.
• The tour with the All sales final status is non-refundable. So call us as soon as possible before the appropriate time limit if chooses to cancel any tour.

Refund Fees

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled visit date may be eligible for a partial refund. The cancellation fees will be computed based on the date we receive your cancellation request and the commencement date of the tour. Cancellation requests will be handled within 5-7 business days.
